Brandy A. Smith-Duggan joined Thomas S. Fleishell & Associates P.C. in 2006.

She has extensive experience in civil litigation and real estate law. Areas of particular expertise include: contract law, landlord/tenant litigation, rent stabilization and rent control, cooperatives and condominiums, and transactional real estate.

Concentration and expertise in these areas are the result of her near exclusive practice of Civil Litigation and Real Estate law since her admission to the New York Bar in 2003.

Ms. Smith-Duggan is in charge of the firm’s transactional real estate division, representing clients seeking both residential and commercial real estate, from first time home buyers to sophisticated, multi-million dollar commercial transactions. She also has extensive experience counseling and representing both Cooperative and Condominium Boards, including numerous Housing Development Fund Corporations.

Ms. Smith-Duggan appears on a daily basis in New York City, Long Island Civil and Supreme Court and has developed an important understanding of how to navigate the Court system to the advantage of her clients.

When not engaged in the practice of law, Mrs. Smith-Duggan enjoys live music, skiing and her cherished shelter dogs, Buddy and Bambi.
