Susan C. Stanley has extensive experience in general civil practice and in all phases of civil litigation before the New York State and Federal Courts, Including real estate, housing, commercial, employment, securities, judgment collection, estate administration and probate matters. She also has participated in arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association and in mediations. Susan is an accomplished appellate practitioner who has handled successful appeals throughout her professional career in a variety of civil, commercial, and housing court cases. Her real estate experience includes representing purchasers or sellers of condominium and cooperative apartments in the New York City area in successful closings ranging from the modest to the multi-million dollar transaction.
